Research interests: Cell-cell interaction, neurobiology, developmental biology
Mindy received her bachelor degree in Life Sciences from National Cheng Kung University. She then joined Dr. Pei-Lin Cheng's group at Institute of Molecular Biology, Academia Sinica, where she stuided the early neuronal development. She is now pursuing her PhD in Dr. Terry Lechler’s lab at Duke University, where her research focuses on understanding how epidermal keratinocytes communicate with sensory neurons in the skin. Outside of the lab, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, and exploring all of the nature.
